Here's a recipe for Dalgona coffee:

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions:

1. Combine the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water in a mixing bowl.

2. Using a hand whisk, electric whisk, or a frother, vigorously whip the mixture until it becomes thick and frothy. This can take about 2-5 minutes, depending on the tool you're using.

3. Fill a glass with milk and add ice cubes if desired.

4. Spoon the whipped coffee mixture on top of the milk. You can gently swirl it in or leave it as a distinct layer.

5. Give it a stir before sipping, allowing the flavours to blend.

6. Enjoy your homemade Dalgona coffee!

Note: Dalgona coffee can also be served over warm milk for a cosy variation.
