Ingredients:
- 2 cups ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Place the mango chunks in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Set aside.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the heavy cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract until the sugar is fully dissolved.
3. Add the mango puree to the cream mixture and stir well to combine.
